On-line registrations will be accepted only within September 21st, 2009. After that date, only on-site registrations (only cash payments) will be possible.

Please note that payments by Credit Card from the U.S.A. may be difficult and, for technical reasons, might not be accepted by the local bank system. We apologize and recommend payments by Bank Transfer (Please see Section 2 “Register by Mail or Fax”).

Payments of the registration fee must be net of all bank charges.

Download the Registration Form, complete it and send it, by mail or fax, to Symposia srl, together with copy of the Bank Transfer receipt. Incomplete Forms will not be taken into account.

Upon receipt of the payment, Symposia will send to the registered participants an invoice that can be considered as a confirmation of the registration. It is anyway advisable to check one’s position by sending an e.mail or by calling directly Symposia

Only cancellations sent in writing to the Organizing Secretariat Symposia srl will be accepted; refunds will be made only if the participant’s bank details are specified and they will be processed under the following conditions:

• Requests received within July 27th, 2009: refund of 70% of registration fees received;
• Requests received after July 28th, 2009: no refund will be possible.

All refunds will be handled after the Meeting.
